Job Purpose
The Head of Programmes and Advocacy is a senior management position responsible for providing strategic leadership, oversight, and coordination of LEGABIBO's programmes and advocacy work. The role ensures that all programme interventions are aligned with the organisation's strategic priorities while advancing legal reform, policy influence, health equity, movement building, community empowerment, and organisational sustainability.
The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams, strengthen programme quality, cultivate strategic partnerships, contribute to organisational growth through resource mobilisation, and represent LEGABIBO at national, regional, and international levels.
