These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LEGABIBO. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting. • Community strengthening and support programs
• Advocacy and policy engagement

• Sexual reproductive health and rights services
• HIV testing and counseling
• Psychosocial support and referrals

These services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, subject to these Terms and applicable laws.

3. Eligibility

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• You will not use our Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEGABIBO PROVIDES ITS SERVICES "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

12. Termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Botswana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Botswana.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
